Registration FAQs

How Do I Register for the Symposium?

The MRSi leadership and Board of Directors select faculty members. If you would like to be considered for faculty, please fill out our speaker application.

  • Register for an account by using this link: Sign Up
  • Enter your email address and click next.
  • Next, choose between “In-Person” or “Virtual” and your specialty registration option.
  • Please follow the on-screen steps to complete all required information, then click next when complete.
  • The next screen includes optional items (social events, embryology workshops, donations). Please select any additional items you’d like to purchase, then click next.
  • This screen is your Purchase Summary and Billing information page. All credit card purchases include a 3.5% fee. Click next to enter payment information.
  • After you register, you will receive an email. Please check your spam folder. 
Can I Register Onsite for the Symposium?

Registration prior to arrival onsite at the symposium is highly recommended. Onsite registration prices have an additional processing fee included.

What Is Included In My Symposium Registration?

Included in the price of registration is:

  • Admission to all the scientific sessions, expert lecture series, and interactive workshops
  • Access to the exhibition hall and abstract poster session
  • Social events including the welcome reception, cocktail reception, happy hour, yoga, and a morning walk on the beach
  • Daily breakfast and lunch (Monday-Wednesday)
How Do I View the Conference as a Virtual Attendee??
  • To participate in the virtual event, you must register as a “Virtual Attendee” here or paste this link, https://www.edgereg.net/er/Registration/StepRegInfo.jsp?ActivityID=43791&StepNumber=1&v=MGFmOGFmMDgtY2M0MS00MTNjLTkzMmEtNmZlODM5MTc5Y2Mw, into your browser.
  • Once registered, details on how to attend the live stream will be provided closer to the conference. Breakouts and workshops are not recorded or viewable virtually.
  • Please save your registration confirmation email for login information, as detailed instructions for live viewing are emailed to all Virtual attendees. Please check your inbox and spam folders.
  • All virtual attendees must have Zoom video conferencing software installed on their computer or mobile device. You can download this software on your computer or mobile device from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
How Do I Make Hotel Reservations for the Conference?

Click this link “Accommodations” or paste this link, https://book.passkey.com/event/51109612/owner/2879/home, into your browser. You can manage existing reservations or create new ones using this link, which gives you access to the hotel website under MRSi’s group code.

Scholarships FAQs

Does MRSi Provide Scholarships for Attendees?

Yes! Through the support of our generous sponsors we are able to provide a variety of scholarship opportunities for fertility professionals to attend. Application submission opens in early spring each year for our summer symposium. Once the application window opens, you will see a “Scholarship Application” button on our Scholarship page.

How Do I Know If I'm Awarded a Scholarship?

Those awarded scholarships will be notified by email on the Notification Date listed on our Scholarships page. To accept your Scholarship you must follow the steps in your notification email by the assigned due dates.

How Do I Sign My Scholarship Agreement?
  • Scholarship winners will receive a congratulatory email with login credentials for their Cadmium portal to complete their individual tasks, including signing their Scholarship agreement.
  • Once the scholarship is awarded, use the link in the email to sign into the system and complete the assigned tasks by their due date.

Abstract FAQs

How Do I Submit My Abstract for Consideration?

Prior to submitting your abstract, please read our format guidelines and review expectations if your abstract is accepted. Abstract submission opens in early spring each year for our summer symposium. Once the submission window opens, you will see a “Submit an Abstract” button on our Abstract page.

How Do I Know If My Abstract Is Accepted?

All abstract submitters will be notified by email of their status on the Notification Date listed on our Abstract page. Those accepted must complete the steps in the notification email by the assigned due dates to confirm and reserve their spot.

How Do I Sign My Abstract Agreement?

How Do I Earn CME Credit for Listening to the Podcast?

To learn more about the CME credit available, read the corresponding Accreditation Overview document, listen to the podcast and than complete the Credit Evaluation form. Each podcast has a unique accreditation document and evaluation form, click here to view the podcasts and their corresponding documents.

Physicians earn 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s). All other healthcare professionals will receive a Certificate of Participation. For information on the applicability and acceptance of Certificates of Participation for activities designated for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits, consult your professional licensing board.

How Do I Participate in the MRSi Podcast?

Those interested in being a guest on our podcast can submit a website form providing details on their topic of expertise. Those interested in supporting future seasons of the podcast through an educational grant can submit a website form here. A member of our coordination team will review your submission and be in contact with you shortly.
