How Do I Pay My Outstanding Invoice?

To pay any outstanding invoices, please login to your Expo Harvester account using this link or the confirmation email you received after registering. Once logged in complete the following:

  • Navigate to the Task Section (lower left corner of the page)
  • Click Submit a Payment task
  • Click “Add New Payment” under the Payment Summary
  • Click “Make Payment” button
  • Enter payment information
  • Then click “Submit”

If you do not see the “Make Payment” button, you may not have any open invoices. If you believe this to be a mistake, please contact us.

How Do I Register for an Account or Exhibitor Booth?

Click here to register for an account or paste this URL into a browser https://www.conferenceharvester.com/harvester2expw/login.asp?EventKey=JAFMWYIX. Then click the “Start” button to complete your registration. After registration you will receive an email with your account login credentials. Be sure to save this email to easily access your account at any time. Your login credentials are automatically populated with the link provided.

I'm Having Issues with My Expo Harvester Access Key Login or Password; How Can I Change it?

After registering, a confirmation email is sent to your account admin with your Expo Harvester login credentials. In that email, click the URL link just above your username and password labeled “Access Key.” Your username and password will automatically populate the login fields. Click sign-in.

To reset your access key password, please go to the Log-In page and click “Lost your Access Key.” Enter the email associated with your account then click “Submit.” An autogenerated email from Expo Harvester will be sent to the email on file. Always check your “Spam” folder if you do not receive the email shortly after your request.

How Do I Edit My Account to Add a New Company Name, Change My Title, or Add a New Contact?

Log into your existing Expo Harvester account. Select task “Enter Company Details”. Now you can make changes to your bio and include any new titles, company website, and company social media handles. Once finished, click “Complete Task” in the upper right or lower left corner.

How Do I Purchase a Sponsorship?

A Sponsorship can be purchased during initial registration or later by logging in to your Expo Harvester. You can click here, paste this URL https://www.conferenceharvester.com/harvester2expw/login.asp?EventKey=JAFMWYIX into your browser, or use the link within your confirmation email with your auto-populated login credentials.

Once logged in navigate to “Sponsorship Opportunities” located near the bottom right corner of the home page. Next, you will view available sponsorships. For sponsorship details, click the blue sponsorship name link. Then, continue to follow the prompts after you’ve selected your sponsorship. There is no limit with purchasing sponsorship packages.

How Do I Sign My Sponsorship/Exhibitor Agreement?

To sign the Sponsorship/Exhibitor agreement, please login to your Expo Harvester account using this link, or paste this URL into a browser https://www.conferenceharvester.com/harvester2expw/login.asp?EventKey=JAFMWYIX. Next navigate to the “Tasks” section. Click the “Exhibitor & Sponsorship Agreement” task link. Thoroughly, read the agreement, click agree, and sign by typing your name. Then, click “Complete Task.”

Due to Unforeseen Circumstance, I Can't Make the Conference, Can a Co-Worker Attend in My Place?

Yes, the exhibitor admin must log into their Expo Harvester account to register the new Exhibitor. If it is within 48 hours of the conference, please contact the MRSi Coordination team at coordinators@mrsmeeting.org for faster registration.

How Do I Make Hotel Reservations for the Conference?

To make hotel reservations click this link, or paste the below URL into your browser, https://book.passkey.com/go/MidwestReproductiveIntSym2026, or click here to log in to your Expo Harvester account. When logged in your Expo Harvester account, navigate to the tasks section, click “Make Hotel Reservations” task to complete your reservations. Once logged in you can manage previous or newly made reservations.

How Do I Purchase and Use Attendee Lead Capture?

Exhibitors can now enjoy Lead Capture with the purchase of an exhibitor booth. Lead capture offers targeted follow-ups based on attendee behavior, seamless CRM integration for smarter workflows, higher conversion rates with less manual effort, track engagement and follow up with precision, convert casual visitors into qualified leads, and other relevant information.

Please download the Lead Capture app via Google or iOS. Activate your license by logging in to the app entering the unique code provided to the exhibitor booth administrator (provided shortly before the meeting). Then, you can start scanning attendee badges. When interacting with an attendee, an exhibitor scans the QR code on their badge using the mobile app or a tablet. Once scanned the system instantly displays the attendee’s profile information. Then, Booth staff can add notes, ratings, and answers to custom questions in the lead’s profile, which is then saved to the device. The app can function offline, storing lead data locally and syncing it automatically when an internet connection is restored. 

Can Exhibitors Attend Educational Sessions?

Exhibitors are not permitted to attend educational sessions and do not receive CME credit. Exhibitors must register as an attendee to attend educational sessions and receive CME credit. ***This will cost an additional fee.
