Professional Background: • Experimental and Clinical Embryologist since 1976, with a career spanning the Netherlands, the UK, and the USA. • Worked alongside Bob Edwards and Patrick Steptoe at Bourn Hall Clinic in the early 1980s. • Directed embryology laboratories, including RBA in Atlanta (1985), Cornell NYC (1989), and Saint Barnabas NJ (1995). • Transitioned to entrepreneurship in 2004, focusing on diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of ART. • Co-founder and product developer for Reprogenetics, IVF-online (Life Global), and Althea Science (IVFqc). • Currently serving as the Chief Science Officer (CSO) for IVF 2.0, specializing in IVF AI, and CSO of CONCEIVABLE, an IVF Robotics company. • Co-author of more than 300 publications, multiple textbooks, and 14 patents. • Emeritus Chief Editor of RBMO. • Founding member of Alpha, PGDIS, and i3. • Current Advisory Roles: • Conceivable (Chair) • TMRW • Kindbody (Chair) • Orchid Heal
