Survival of the Fittest: Menstrual Cycle Regulation

During the reproductive years, the menstrual cycle is designed to allow a group of eggs to grow each month, with one making it while the others undergo atresia.  During this talk, we will explore the complex interactions between ovarian and central factors which allow this to happen.
