This lecture will describe the development of the genitourinary tract, sex determination and differentiation, spermatogenesis/histology of the testis, the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis and paracrine controls. Will review the organs and function of the male genital tract. Understand sperm transport and maturation. Describe the structure of the penis. semen and sperm structure, male fertility, and understand the principals of erection and ejaculation. 60 min lecture, 10 min Q & A
